New Patient Visit
New Patients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointed time to allow time to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Your first visit with us is very important.
It is at this visit where we will gather all the information necessary to assemble a well-rounded treatment plan that will allow us to take care of your specific dental needs. Information such as medical history, previous dental work, and oral health goals will be recorded. All necessary x-rays will be taken and reviewed at this visit. We will perform a comprehensive exam to record any treatment that you may need. As no two mouths are the same, at this time we will also decide on a regular, custom cleaning and gum care plan that takes care of your specific needs.
